右美托咪定联合枸橼酸芬太尼注射液对腹腔镜阑尾切除术的镇痛效果OA

Objective:To explore the analgesic effects of Dexmedetomidine combined with Fentanyl Citrate Injection in patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.Method:A total of 114 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy at People's Hospital of Gao'an from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 57 patients in each group.Both groups underwent laparoscopic appendectomy.The control group received anesthesia with Fentanyl Citrate Injection,while the observation group received anesthesia with Dexmedetomidine combined with Fentanyl Citrate Injection.The postoperative vital signs(mean arterial pressure and heart rate),inflammatory markers[C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],pain levels[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and comfort levels[bruggrmann comfort score(BCS)],and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients were compared.Result:Six hours postoperatively,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 hours postoperatively,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6,12,24,and 48 hours postoperatively,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the BCS scores were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine combined with Fentanyl Citrate Injection can significantly optimize postoperative analgesic management,improve comfort,and reduce inflammatory responses without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
