Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid enema in the treatment of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Method:A total of 92 patients with mixed hemorrhoids(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)in People's Hospital of Gao'an from January to December 2023 were selected,and were divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)by random number table method.The observation group was treated with modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid enema,while the control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid enema.The clinical indicators,pain degree,anal function and blood indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:The pain disappearance time,wound healing time,wound edema regression time of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 2,4 and 6 days after operation were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after operation,the length of anal high pressure zone in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the anal resting pressure and the maximum systolic pressure of the anal canal in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 d after operation,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-22(IL-22)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid enema in the treatment of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)can shorten the time of clinical indicators,reduce the degree of pain,promote the recovery of anal function,and improve the level of blood indicators.关键词
