Analysis of the Topic Selection and Writing Ideas of High-End Think Tank Reports on Human Geography for National Development Needs
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]By summarizing specific practices within the field of human geography and major national scientific research efforts,this paper delineates the fundamental approaches and methodologies for crafting high-end think tank reports,thereby bolstering the construction of high-end think tanks.[Method/Pro-cess]Utilizing a detailed analytical approach to typical think tank reports that cater to national development needs,this study identifies the core characteristics,thematic selection strategies,and writing techniques of high-end think tank reports.It also addresses key considerations in the composition of these reports reports.[Result/Conclusion]Human geography is an interdisciplinary field tailored to meet strategic national development needs.High-end think tank report in human geography are marked by authenticity,timeliness,advancement,relevance,operability,conciseness,scientific popularization and publicness.The selection of topics for these reports varies between rou-tine and critical periods.During routine periods,topics integrate research findings to focus on"hot spots"and ap-ply a"drizzle",primarily serving a cautionary purpose while emphasizing sustainability and"stability with nov-elty".In contrast,during critical periods,topics are selected to address"cold spots"within"timely interventions",are predominantly advisory,and stress promptness and"accurate and fast".This paper study further proposes the"three-paragraph"approach for preparing high-end think tank reports according to the principle of"one matter at a time",consisting of an introduction,problem formulation,and countermeasure suggestionsfor resolution.关键词
