外源镉胁迫下葡萄根际土壤真菌群落结构及多样性特征
Characteristics of Fungal Diversity and Community Structure in Rhizosphere Soils of Grapevine Plants under Cadmium Contamination

Abstract
In order to study the effects of cadmium contamination on soil fungal community structure and diversity in rhizosphere soils of grapevine planting in mountain vally alluvial fields in central region of Zhejiang,and to find out the cadmium-resistant fungal community which are beneficial to the remediation of cadmium contamination.Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the effects of 0,3.5,60 mg·kg-1 exogenous Cd treatments on fungal community structure and diversity index of grape rhizosphere soil.The results showed that cadmium stress could cause changes in both fungal diversity and community structure.There were 11 phyla,30 classes,60 orders,100 families,and 163 genera in the rhizosphere soil of grapevine planting in studied areas under different gradients of cadmium contamination.Low cadmium stress might raise the Chao1 index and Shannon index of soil fungal community and high cadmium stress might reduce the Chao1 index and Shannon index of soil fungal community.The relative abundances of Ascomycota and Basidiomycota decreased when exogenous Cd concentration was 3.5 mg·kg-1,and increased when exogenous Cd concentration was 60 mg·kg-1.The relative abundances of Zygomycota increased when exogenous Cd concentration was 3.5 mg·kg-1,and decreased when exogenous Cd concentration was 60 mg·kg-1.There were a large number of unclassified Ascomycota,Alternaria and Didymella in the exogenous Cd 60 mg·kg-1 treatment,which were considered to be the fungal communities with high resistance to Cd contamination in rhizosphere soils of grape planting in vally alluvial fields.The results can provide references for microbial remediation of cadmium contaminated grape plantations.关键词
