Effect of Light Quality on Embryo Rescue System of'Ruby Seedless'Grapevine Progeny

Abstract
The hybrid offspring of'Ruby Seedless×SP6164'were used as test materials,and different colored light sources and their combinations were set up to investigate the effects of light quality on embryo development,embryo germination and subculture of'Ruby Seedless'seedlings.The results showed that red light could significantly increase the embryo stripping rate and seedling rate in the embryo germination stage.In the stage of subculture growth,the membership function analysis of 11 related indexes showed that the red/blue/white 12∶4∶4 was the best in all treatments,and the membership function value reached 0.7001,which was the optimal light quality for the normal growth of embryo rescue seedlings.关键词
