Abstract
In Yili Valley,wine grapes are usually cultivated by east-west hedgerow,which has some problems,such as the difference of grape quality between the north and the south and the difficulty in field operation.For this reason,a"One-side slope"shaping method was developed.In this paper,the main points and advantages of"One side slope"shaping technique were summarized,and grape yield and fruit quality were investigated.The results showed that compared with the hedgerow type,the"One side slope"mode increased grape yield,soluble solid content,titratable acid content by 71.7%,23.9%,14.1%,respectively,and fruit hardness reduced by 14.4%,the distance of pericarp rupture increased by 7.7% .In addition,"One side slope"shaping mode also reduces the labor intensity and labor input,conducive to the whole process of mechanized management.Therefore,the"One side slope"shaping method is suitable to be popularized in the Yili River Valley.关键词
