人本主义理念下中国式职业教育现代化的推进路径
Advancement Path of Chinese-style Vocational Education Modernization under the Concept of Humanism
摘要
Abstract
The concept of humanism highlights the value of human subjectivity and emphasizes the realization of people's free and all-round development.The modernization of vocational education is an important part of the Chinese modernization and an important endogenous force to promote the Chinese modernization.Its fundamental goal is to cultivate morality and cultivate people,and to realize the all-round development of people.The current development of vocational education is faced with the need to cultivate talents that adapt to the development of new quality productive forces,and the modernization of Chinese-style vocational education should be guided by the concept of humanism.First,changing the philosophy of running schools,and the development of vocational education should give greater prominence to human nature;Second,adjusting teaching goals,and adhering to the orientation of improving the comprehensive quality of the educated;Third,optimizing the training process and adhering to the combination of German skills and serve the all-round development of students;Finally,improving the system and promoting the construction of a modern vocational education governance system.关键词
