优化技术技能人才培养模式是人工智能时代工作世界变化与教育世界改革的共同诉求,也是发展新质生产力的关键要素.技术知识作为职业教育知识论的基础,从根本上回答了职业教育需要培养什么样的人这个核心问题.人工智能时代生产方式的重构与生产技术的革新,使技术知识呈现出生产精细化、结构综合化、边界模糊化等变革特征.技术知识的变革需要创新型、复合型、发展型的技术技能人才.针对技术知识变革与技术技能人才诉求,应完善职业教育培养体系,由"裂隙化"转向"系统化";深化产教融合育人机制,由"孤立化"转向"协同化";革新职业教育课程教学体系,由"过密化"转向"科学化".

Optimizing the training mode of technical skills is the common demand of the change of the working world and the reform of the education world in the era of artificial intelligence,and it is also the key factor of developing new quality productivity.As the basis of knowledge theory of vocational education,technical knowledge fundamentally answers the core question of what kind of talents vocational education needs to cultivate.The reconstruction of production mode and the innovation of production technology in the era of artificial intelligence make technical knowledge show the characteristics of refinement of production,integration of structure and blurring of boundary.The change of technical knowledge needs innovative,compound and development-type technical skills talents.In view of the change of technical knowledge and the demand of technical talents,the vocational education and training system should be improved,from"fissure"to"systematic";deepen the mechanism of integrating production and education to educate people,from"independent"to"collaborative";reform the vocational curriculum teaching system,from"too dense"to"scientific".
