基于"多维视角"探索中药学的教学实践OA

Exploring the teaching practice of Chinese Pharmacology from a multi-dimensional perspective:a case study of medicinals that dispel wind-cold

中药学是中医药院校的主干课程之一,但内容零碎庞杂,信息量大,教材上主要采用"以方证药"的单一维度表述中药的功效,导致学生对不同药物之间的鉴别及精准运用难以有效掌握.针对此问题,提出通过"多维视角"全面认识中药的功效提高中药学教学效果,主要从共性、次共性、个性、以方证药、名医用药经验与单味中药治疗案例、中国传统文化诗词成语、药名、三因制宜、中医基础理论、现代药理等 11 个维度,帮助学生更加全面细致地掌握中药的功效,以达到精准灵活用药的教学目的,为学生学好方剂及进一步临床应用奠定了良好的基础.

Chinese Pharmacology is one of the core courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)colleges,yet its content is often fragmented and complex,with a vast amount of information.Textbooks primarily use a single-dimensional approach to describe the effects of Chinese herbs based on formulas and syndromes,which makes it difficult for students to effectively master the differentiation and precise application of different medicines.To address this issue,a"multidimensional perspective"is proposed to fully understand the effects of Chinese herbs and improve the teaching effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicine.This approach includes eleven dimensions:commonality,sub-commonality,individuality,formula-based indications,renowned physicians'prescribing experiences,single-herb case studies,traditional Chinese cultural idioms and proverbs,names of medicines,adapting to three factors,foundational TCM theories,and modern pharmacology.This comprehensive approach aims to help students master the effects of Chinese herbs in detail and achieve the educational goals of precise and flexible medication use,laying a solid foundation for further study of formulas and clinical practice.
