Longjiang Han Gynecology on Treating Low-Lying Placenta through Spleen and Kidney Theory
摘要
Abstract
Longjiang Han Gynecology,recognized as one of the first batch of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)academic schools supported by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,holds a prestigious position in the national TCM gynecological community.Han Gynecology has been both orthodox and innovative in TCM theory,achieving significant clinical breakthroughs.This paper discusses Han Gynecology's approach to treating low-lying placenta.Han Gynecology believes that the main causes of low-lying placenta are deficiency of spleen and kidney,lack of function of viscera and bowels,lack of essence and qi,spleen qi failing to bear upward,and failure of kidney qi in raising,etc.In treatment,Han Gynecology proposes to strengthen the spleen and kidney,replenish the mother and regulate fetal transport,and adhere to the principle of"Treating illness and ensuring safe pregnancy simultaneously".In clinical practice,Han Gynecology's empirical formula"Modified Jiawei Bushen Antai Drink"are often used to enrich the kidneys and replenish essence,thereby nourishing thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel,and fortifying the spleen and replenishing qi to lift the organs.When essence and blood are reinvigorated and the fetal source is nourished,the low-lying placenta can be elevated,thus enhancing the success rate of pregnancies.This method has repeatedly proven effective in clinical applications,and a case study is provided for readers'reference.关键词
