溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种非特异性炎症性疾病,以持续黏膜炎症为特征,其发病率在全球呈上升趋势.但UC的确切发病机制尚未明确,目前普遍认为UC发病与肠道微生物群失调、宿主免疫应答、遗传、环境等因素有关.磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3k/Akt)与细胞存活、细胞凋亡、炎症等生物学过程密切相关,众多研究表明,PI3K/Akt 信号通路参与 UC 的发生发展.近年来,科研人员在PI3K/Akt信号通路的基础上,以中药复方、中药活性成分及单味中药为研究对象进行了大量研究,结果均显示PI3K/Akt信号通路有望成为UC的潜在治疗靶点.基于此,该文对近年来国内外有关中药调控PI3K/Akt信号通路在UC发病机制和治疗中作用的研究进行综述,旨在为临床靶向诊治UC提供一定的参考和依据.

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a nonspecific inflammatory disease characterized by persistent mucosal inflammation,and its incidence is on the rise worldwide.However,the exact pathogenesis of UC is not yet clear,and it is generally believed that the pathogenesis of UC is related to intestinal microbiota dysbiosis,host immune response,genetics,and environment.Phosphatidylinositol-3-hydroxykinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)is closely related to biological processes such as cell survival,apoptosis,and inflammation.Numerous studies have shown that the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is involved in the process of UC occurrence and development.In recent years,researchers have conducted a large number of clinical experimental studies on the basis of PI3K/Akt signalling pathway with Chinese herbal medicine formulae,traditional Chinese medicinals and active ingredients of the medicinals and formulae.The results have shown that the PI3K/Akt signalling pathway is expected to be a potential therapeutic target for UC.Based on this,this article reviews the recent domestic and international studies on the role of Chinese herbal medicine in regulating the PI3K/Akt signalling pathway in the pathogenesis and treatment of UC,with the aim of providing certain references and bases for the clinical targeted diagnosis and treatment of UC.
