Abstract
Objective:To probe into the characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir in children,so as to provide guidance for clinical safe drug use.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang and PubMed were searched from the establishment of the database to Feb.2023 to collect the reports on adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir in children.The incidence and characteristics of adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir were summarized by bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 30 reports of adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir were collected,including 17 in Chinese and 13 in English,with 33 cases in total.The occurrence time of adverse drug reactions induced by oseltamivir was mainly within 3 d(31 cases,93.94％).The main involved systems/organs were the nervous systems(13 cases,39.39％),digestive system(9 cases,27.27％),skin system(4 cases,12.12％),ocular organ(3 cases,9.09％),cardiovascular system(2 cases,6.06％),immune system(1 cases,3.03％),urinary system(1 case,3.03％)and nasal organ(1 case,3.03％).New adverse drug reactions were involuntary head and limb shaking,hiccups,visual impairment and anaphylactic shock.Conclusion:Oseltamivir should be used strictly in accordance with drug instructions,and attention should be paid to the adverse drug reactions of oseltamivir,especially the new severe adverse drug reactions,and the awareness of medication monitoring should be improved to ensure the medication safety for children.关键词
