儿童中成药精细化管理系统的建立与运用
Establishment and Application of Refined Management System for Chinese Patent Medicine in Children

Abstract
Objective:To strengthen the pre-review of Chinese patent medicine and promote the rational use of Chinese patent medicine in children.Methods:The prescription maintenance rule base of Chinese patent medicine was developed with the help of the prescription pre-review system,the usage and dosage,course of treatment,toxic components,drug combination and other items were finely set,the refined management system of Chinese patent medicine for children was constructed.Consumption sum of Chinese patent medicine,average outpatient drug cost and qualified rate of sample reviews before and after the implementation of the system were counted to evaluate the implementation effect.Results:After the implementation of refined management system of Chinese patent medicine for children,the prescription of Chinese patent medicine with repeated administration and inappropriate dosage decreased significantly,the qualified rate of sample reviews increased from 88.13％to 96.25％.The per capita use cost of Chinese patent medicine decreased from 18.71 RMB to 16.29 RMB,and the average outpatient drug cost decreased from 60.75 RMB to 53.99 RMB.Conclusion:The refined management system of Chinese patent medicine could promote rational clinical drug use,improve the pharmaceutical management indicators,and improve the level of hospital information management.关键词
