为了揭示呼伦贝尔沙地樟子松(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica)枯落物和土壤C、N、P化学计量特征及其主要驱动因素.以不同龄组(中龄林、近熟林、成熟林)樟子松人工林和天然林为研究对象,分析枯落物和土壤C、N、P化学计量特征,并探究其与土壤因子间的相关关系.结果表明:(1)分解程度显著影响枯落物C、N、P和C:N(P<0.05),土层显著影响土壤N、C:N、C:P(P<0.05),林龄及其与分解程度、土层的交互作用对枯落物和土壤C、N、P化学计量特征无显著影响(P>0.05).天然林与人工林枯落物和土壤C、N含量和C:P、N:P存在显著差异(P<0.05).(2)枯落物C含量与枯落物N、P含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),枯落物C:P与C:N呈显著正相关(P<0.05);土壤C:P与土壤N:P、C:N呈显著正相关(P<0.05).(3)枯落物C、N、P化学计量特征主要受pH、磷酸酶和脲酶的显著影响(P<0.05),土壤C、N、P化学计量特征主要受pH、磷酸酶和转化酶的显著影响(P<0.05).呼伦贝尔沙地樟子松林生长可能受氮限制,而枯落物分解可能受磷限制;枯落物和土壤C、N、P化学计量特征的主要驱动因子分别为pH和磷酸酶.研究结果对樟子松人工林经营管理具有指导意义.

To reveal the characteristics of litter and soil C,N,and P stoichiometry and their main driving factors in the Hulunbuir Sandy Land.Different ages of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica plantation forests and natural for-ests(medium-mature,near-mature,and mature forests)were used as research subjects to analyze the characteris-tics of litter and soil C,N,and P stoichiometry and their correlation with soil factors was explored.(1)The degree of decomposition significantly affected litter C,N,P,and the C:N ratio(P<0.05)and the soil layer significantly af-fected soil N and C:N and C:P ratios(P<0.05);however,the stand age of the forest and its interactions with the degree of decomposition and soil layer did not have a significant effect on litter and soil C,N,and P stoichiomet-ric characteristics(P>0.05).There were significant differences(P<0.05)between natural and plantation forests in litter and soil relating to C and N contents and C:P and N:P ratios.(2)Litter C content was significantly and posi-tively correlated with litter N and P content(P<0.05),and the litter C:P ratio was significantly and positively cor-related with the C:N ratio(P<0.05);the soil C:P ratio was significantly and positively correlated with the soil N:P and C:N ratios(P<0.05).(3)The C,N,and P stoichiometric characteristics of litter were mainly significantly af-fected by pH,phosphatase,and urease(P<0.05),and the soil C,N and P stoichiometric characteristics were main-ly significantly affected by pH,phosphatase,and convertase(P<0.05).The growth of P.sylvestris var.mongolica forest in the Hulunbuir Sandy Land may be limited by nitrogen,whereas the decomposition of litter may be limit-ed by phosphorus;the main drivers of litter and soil C,N,and P stoichiometric characteristics were pH and phos-phatase,respectively.This improved information is of great significance for guiding the management of P.sylves-trisvar.mongolicaforests.
