基层党建与业务深度融合的研究生思政教育新模式探索OA

Aiming at the problems and limitations of existing curriculum ideological and political education for postgraduates in the whole process education and comprehensive education,this paper deeply explores and analyzes the identity comprehensiveness and particularity connection of teachers in the Party branch of colleges and universities.Taking the construction of grassroots teacher branches as the starting point,a new mode of ideological and political education for postgraduates is carried out in an all-round way.With the teacher Party branch as the core,it can promote postgraduate teachers,tutors,teaching teams,and scientific research teams to implement postgraduate education and teaching,ideological and political education,academic guidance and scientific research.As the combination point of the deep integration of Party building and business,it can change the education concept,innovate the education mode,and achieve the effect of education by taking the leadership of the Party building as the core to carry out the"Three-wide education"for postgraduates.
