柳园口引黄灌区位于豫东平原,设计灌溉面积30 900 hm2,截止2023年底,有效灌溉面积仅为21 000 hm2,水资源供需矛盾十分突出.随着社会经济的不断发展,黄河流域水资源需求量越来越大,引黄水量将不可避免的进一步减少.为保障柳园口引黄灌区农业用水需求,对柳园口引黄灌区水资源利用中存在的问题进行分析,结合灌区实际情况,提出多种应对策略,以确保柳园口引黄灌区水资源的可持续利用.

The Liuyuankou Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area is located in the eastern Henan Plain,with a designed irrigation area of 30900 hectares.By the end of 2023,the effective irrigation area is only 21 000 hectares,and the contradiction between water supply and demand is very prominent.With the continuous development of the social economy,the demand for water resources in the Yellow River Basin is increasing,and the amount of water diverted from the Yellow River will inevitably further decrease.To ensure the agricultural water demand in Liuyuankou Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area,this paper analyzes the problems in water resource utilization in Liuyuankou Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area,and proposes various response strategies based on the actual situation of the irrigation area to ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources in Liuyuankou Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area.
