水库作为当地重要的水利设施,对保障供水、农业灌溉和防洪等方面具有重要作用.然而,随着使用年限的增加,水库存在的安全隐患逐渐凸显,需要进行除险加固.此研究旨在评估余庆县团结水库除险加固工程对周边环境的影响,并探讨相应的管理对策.通过综合运用环境影响评估、地理信息系统(GIS)技术和实地调查等多种方法,研究分析了水库加固工程对水质、土壤、生物多样性和居民生活质量等方面的影响.研究结果表明,工程实施后水库周边环境质量总体有所提升,但部分地区存在一定生态压力.针对研究结果,提出了一系列针对性的管理措施,以减少工程负面影响,促进生态与经济可持续发展.期待通过本研究,为促进人与自然和谐共处、推动区域生态与经济的协同发展,提供一些有价值的参考资料.

As an important local water conservancy facility,the reservoir plays an important role in ensuring water supply,agricultural irrigation and flood control.However,with the increase of service life,the hidden danger of the reservoir is gradually prominent.It is necessary to carry out hazard removal and reinforcement measures.The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of the Tuanjie Reservoir Reinforcement Project on the surrounding environment and investigate corresponding management strategies.The impacts of the reservoir reinforcement project on water quality,soil,biodiversity and residents'quality of life were investigated and analyzed through the comprehensive application of environmental impact assessment,geographic information system(GIS),and field investigations.The research results indicate that the environmental quality around the reservoir has witnessed improvement subsequent to the implementation of the project.However,there is ecological pressure in some areas.The research findings suggest a series of targeted management measures to mitigate the negative impact of the project and promote the sustainable development of both ecology and economy.It is expected that this study will provide valuable reference materials for promoting the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature and promoting the coordinated development of regional ecology and economy.
