New Quality Productive Forces Empowering the High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Industry
摘要
Abstract
New quality productive forces are the inherent requirement and important focus for the high-quality development of ice and snow industry.By the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explains the connotations of new quality productive forces empowering the high-quality development of ice and snow industry from three dimensions:laborers,labor materials and labor objects,and puts forward the promotion paths on the basis of analyzing the logical paths and realistic dilemmas.It suggests that the logical paths lie in the technological innovation driving to empower the digital and intelligent transformation of ice and snow industry,the optimal allocation of elements to empower the innovation and upgrading of ice and snow industry,and the industrial ecological innovation to empower the green development of ice and snow industry.At the same time,there are also some realistic dilemmas such as unbalanced supply and demand structure of high-quality talents in ice and snow industry,insufficient potential mining of data elements,and inadequate development conditions for the digital and intelligent transformation.The promotion strategies of new quality productive forces empowering the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry should focus on the cultivation of high-quality talents in ice and snow industry to promote the leap of human capital;tapping the potential of industry data elements to stimulate the efficiency of data productive forces in ice and snow industry;and improving the digital and intelligent development environment of ice and snow industry to create empowering conditions of new quality productive forces.关键词
