自然资源领域生态产品价值实现的理论逻辑和关键抓手

Abstract
Promoting the value realisation of eco-products in the field of natural resources is an important way to practice the concept of"Two Mountains"and to promote the construction of eco-civilisation.Aiming at the problem of unclear theoretical logic and undefined critical approaches in realising the value of eco-products in the field of natural resources,the article analyses the theoretical essence of eco-products in the context of eco-civilisation construction and their relationship with natural resources,identifies the key constraints that make it difficult for eco-products to enter the market as commodities for exchange,and puts forward the theoretical logic and critical approaches in realising the value of eco-products in the field of natural resources.The research shows that the theoretical essence of eco-products is the eco-space resources of the national territory with multiple use values for human beings;from the perspective of Marx's commodity value theory,the value realization of eco-product faces the constraints of lack of exclusivity and competitiveness in the process of use,as well as the difficulty of division,movement and measurement;the theoretical logic of realising the value of eco-products is to break these technical barriers and promote the use value of eco-products to obtain the corresponding form of exchange value by using the market mechanism.In view of this,the innovation of scientific planning,management,property rights and the paid use system of national eco-space resources should be taken as the critical approaches to further promote the value realisation of eco-products in the field of natural resources.关键词
