推进自然资源领域生态产品价值实现是践行"两山"理念和推进生态文明建设的重要路径.文章针对自然资源领域生态产品价值实现理论逻辑不清、关键抓手不明的问题,分析了生态产品在生态文明建设背景下的理论实质及其与自然资源的关系,并找准生态产品难以作为商品进入市场交换的关键制约因素,研究提出自然资源领域生态产品价值实现的理论逻辑和关键抓手.研究表明:生态产品的理论实质是对人类有多重使用价值的国土生态空间资源;在马克思商品价值理论视域下,生态产品价值实现面临使用过程缺乏排他性和竞争性,以及难以分割、移动和计量等因素制约;生态产品价值实现的理论逻辑就是要破解这些技术障碍,推动生态产品的各项使用价值利用市场机制来获得相应的交换价值形式.鉴于此,应以国土生态空间资源的科学规划、管理、产权及有偿使用制度的创新为关键抓手,进一步推进自然资源领域生态产品价值实现.

Promoting the value realisation of eco-products in the field of natural resources is an important way to practice the concept of"Two Mountains"and to promote the construction of eco-civilisation.Aiming at the problem of unclear theoretical logic and undefined critical approaches in realising the value of eco-products in the field of natural resources,the article analyses the theoretical essence of eco-products in the context of eco-civilisation construction and their relationship with natural resources,identifies the key constraints that make it difficult for eco-products to enter the market as commodities for exchange,and puts forward the theoretical logic and critical approaches in realising the value of eco-products in the field of natural resources.The research shows that the theoretical essence of eco-products is the eco-space resources of the national territory with multiple use values for human beings;from the perspective of Marx's commodity value theory,the value realization of eco-product faces the constraints of lack of exclusivity and competitiveness in the process of use,as well as the difficulty of division,movement and measurement;the theoretical logic of realising the value of eco-products is to break these technical barriers and promote the use value of eco-products to obtain the corresponding form of exchange value by using the market mechanism.In view of this,the innovation of scientific planning,management,property rights and the paid use system of national eco-space resources should be taken as the critical approaches to further promote the value realisation of eco-products in the field of natural resources.
