Abstract

A multiwalled carbon nanotube(MWCNTs)improved QuEChERS(quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged,safe)method combined with high-performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)technology was established to detect 16 pesticides residues in citrus fruits.The QuEChERS method was employed for sample preparation,the citrus fruits samples were extracted with acetonitrile followed by dispersive solid-phase cleanup using a mixed purification agent(100 mg PSA+10 mg MWCNTs).After membrane filtration,all the pesticides in citrus fruits samples were detected by HPLC-MS/MS and quantified by external standard method.16 pesticides showed good linear relationship within the concentration range of 2.5~250 μg/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9962~0.9999.The recoveries of 16 pesticides were 70.00%~111.55%,RSDs were 1.26%~14.58%,and the quantification limits were 0.023~5.365 μg/kg.This method was applied to detect 75 whole citrus fruit samples,and the detection rate of multiple pesticide residues was 61.3%.A maximum of 8 pesticides were detected in a single sample.The detection rate of difenoconazole was the highest(42.7%),and profenofos had the highest maximum residue concentration(95.31 μg/kg).None of the pesticide residues detected in the 75 whole citrus fruit samples exceeded their maximum residue limits.
