为研究邹城地区水工建筑物下黏土体-结构面的渗流侵蚀破坏机理,采用自研渗透试验装置,开展结构面粗糙程度、黏粒含量等因素影响下的渗流侵蚀特征分析.试验表明,渗流侵蚀演变过程为渗流稳定期、加速期及侵蚀期,颗粒流失量的变化与该3个阶段趋势一致.结构面粗糙度不同,会在黏土体-结构面渗流局部产生影响效应,对黏土体的颗粒流失、切向变形等影响均较小;黏粒成分会改变黏土体的渗流侵蚀过程,尤以渗流加速期为典型;黏粒含量愈高,试样颗粒流失量愈少,且黏粒成分可增强试样抗剪切能力,改变渗流作用力与颗粒连结力平衡关系,降低渗流侵蚀作用对颗粒流动影响,提高黏土体防渗能力.成果对黏土体-结构面接触渗透关系及渗流侵蚀作用研究具有一定的参考价值.

To study the destructive mechanism of seepage erosion of clay body-structure surface under hydraulic buildings in Zoucheng,a self-developed infiltration test device was used to carry out the characterisation of seepage erosion under the influence of structural surface roughness,clay particle content and other factors.The test shows that the evolution of seepage erosion is in the seepage stabilisation,acceleration and erosion phases,and the change of particle loss is consistent with the trend of these three phases.The roughness of the structural plane is different,which will have an effect on the local seepage of the clay body-structural plane,and has little effect on the particle loss and tangential deformation of the clay body.The clay composition will change the seepage erosion process of the clay body,especially in the seepage acceleration period.The higher the clay content,the less the particle loss of the sample,and the clay composition can enhance the shear resistance of the sample,change the balance between the seepage force and the particle connection force,reduce the influence of seepage erosion on the particle flow,and improve the anti-seepage ability of the clay body.The results of the clay body-structural surface contact infiltration relationship and seepage erosion has a certain reference value.
