Strategic analysis of bp's upstream and low-carbon new energy business
bp于2020年提出了激进的能源转型战略.乌克兰危机爆发后,bp对其能源转型战略进行了调整,一方面重新聚焦油气业务,另一方面加速能源转型步伐.在上游业务方面,油气产量将增长至2025年,之后开始下降,但下降幅度较原计划放缓,同时持续扩大LNG资源池规模;在低碳新能源业务方面,加速能源转型步伐,全方位发展生物能源(包括生物燃气和生物燃料)、电动汽车充电、可再生电力(包括海上风能、陆上风能和太阳能)和氢能及碳捕集利用与封存四大领域,实现多能互补.建议中国石油公司继续加大油气增储上产力度,先立后破,重塑能源体系;通过与领域内先驱企业开展战略合作,以收并购方式快速进入新领域,加速能源转型;加快扩大海上风电规模,充分利用开发海洋石油的技术优势和经验,推进深海浮式风电发展.
bp presented a radical energy transition strategy in 2020.After the outbreak of the Ukraine issue,it adjusted its energy transition strategy by refocusing its oil and gas business on the one hand and accelerating the pace of energy transition on the other hand.In the upstream business,oil and gas production will grow until 2025,after which it will start to decline,but at a slower rate than originally planned,and continue to expand its size of the LNG resource pool,In the low-carbon new energy business,it will accelerate the pace of energy transition,develop all-round development of bio-energy including biogas and bio-fuels,electric vehicle charging,renewable electricity including offshore wind energy,onshore wind energy,and solar energy as well as hydrogen energy and carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)to achieve multi-energy complementarity.It is recommended that Chinese oil companies continue to increase oil and gas reserves and production,reshape the energy system by first establishing and then breaking,accelerate the energy transition through strategic cooperation with pioneering enterprises in the field,rapidly enter new fields through mergers and acquisitions,accelerate the expansion of offshore wind power,make full use of the technological advantages and experience of developing offshore oil,and facilitate the development of deep-sea floating wind power.
