Abstract
With the increasing demand for performance indicators including energy density and re-liability etc.,space lithium-ion battery has gradually become the dominant application and deve-lopment of energy storage devices in spacecraft,and their lifespan and performance greatly de-pend on the equalization management of the series-connected single cells.In order to enhance the adaptability of the non-dissipative equalization management unit with a bidirectional DC/AC con-verter to a wide temperature operating range in space and to reduce losses during in-orbit opera-tion,a resonant frequency tracking control method for the bidirectional DC/AC converter,based on the non-dissipative equalization control scheme is proposed for space lithium-ion battery.The method employs a fully digital phase-locked loop to track the inherent frequency of the converter in real time,thereby ensuring that the bidirectional DC/AC converter operates in the system re-sonant state.The simulation and experimental results show that the resonant frequency control method is capable of tracking changes in the inherent frequency,enabling the converter to operate consistently in a soft-switching state over a wide range.This results in a reduction in the loss of switching devices and an enhancement in the efficiency of equalization management.The imple-mentation of the non-dissipative equalization control scheme in orbit has facilitated the upgrade and replacement of battery management products,thereby ensuring the safe operation of space-craft lithium-ion battery in orbit.关键词
