基于磁敏感加权成像技术检测急性缺血性卒中后脑微出血探讨"久病入络"理论内涵OACSTPCD
Theoretical connotations of"chronic diseases invading the collaterals"based on the SWI detection of cerebral microbleeds after AIS
急性缺血性卒中后脑微出血属于中医学络病范畴,脑微出血的微血管病灶符合中医络病理论中脑络迂曲、多虚易瘀的病理特点.磁敏感加权成像技术可从影像学的角度对中医"久病入络"的现代医学理论进行阐释与补充,并且磁敏感加权成像技术可基于"久病入络"理论为急性缺血性卒中后脑微出血的诊断提供较为精确的影像学依据.因脑微出血病灶较小且脑微出血本身发病隐匿,故早期临床诊断难度较大.故结合历代医家对络病学说及"久病入络"理论的认识,从磁敏感加权成像技术的角度探讨络病学说中"久病入络"的理论,可为临床中急性缺血性卒中后脑微出血的诊断及治疗提供理论依据.
Cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)after acute ischemic stroke(AIS)belong to the category of collateral diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the microvascular lesions of cerebral microbleeds conform to the pathological characteristics of circuity of cerebral collaterals,prevalence of deficiency and blood stasis in cerebral collaterals in the TCM collateral disease theory.Susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)can explain and supplement the modern medical theory of"chronic diseases invading the collaterals"in traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of imaging.Moreover,SWI can also offer a more accurate imaging basis for the diagnosis of cerebral microbleeds after acute ischemic stroke based on the theory of"chronic diseases invading the collaterals".Due to the small size of cerebral microbleeds and their hidden onset,an early clinical diagnosis is usually challenging.Therefore,based on the understanding of the theory of collateral diseases and the theory of"chronic diseases invading the collaterals"throughout the history,this paper explores the theory of"chronic diseases invading the collaterals"in the theory of collateral diseases from the perspective of magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral microbleeds after acute ischemic stroke in clinical practice.
