《运气商》五运六气诊疗特色探析
Analysis on the characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused by the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in Yun Qi Shang

Abstract
Xu Yizhi,a doctor in the Ming Dynasty,creates the Yun Qi Shang(Discussion on the Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors),and in the work,he makes some innovations on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in the Huangdi Neijing.He maintains that the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is transformed from and generated by the theory of Yin Yang and the Five Phases,that the six climatic factors govern a certain period of time respectively,while the celestial manager qi only governs the third period.Therefore,it is unreasonable to adhere just to the theory of celestial manager qi and qi in the earth,without exploring into the four intermediate qis between them.The diseases caused by the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors are mainly due to the changes in the restriction and counter restriction relationship between them,and the human body is exposed to those pathogenic factors when breathing,with the lung and stomach as the first two organs to be affected.In diagnosis,it is advisable to make a comprehensive analysis to both pulse manifestations and symptoms,and the diagnosis of pulse manifestations should not be confined to the theory that the pulse manifestations on the left hand embody the exogenous diseases,instead some symptoms more commonly mirror the abnormal changes in the lung and stomach.In terms of prescriptions,Xu Yizhi thinks that the prescriptions formulated by famous doctors are thoughtful and systematic,so he doesn't collect or create prescriptions himself,instead suggests that the principle of formulating prescriptions and selecting medications for the treatment of diseases caused by the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors refer to the methods in the Huangdi Neijing.The characteristics in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases caused by the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors expounded in this work are worth inheriting and developing by contemporary doctors.关键词
