《温疫论》"截断扭转"论治病毒性肺炎
On the treatment of viral pneumonia with the method of"interrupting and reversing the progression of a disease"in Wenyi Lun
摘要
Abstract
The incidence and treatment of viral pneumonia is quite similar to those of epidemic diseases recorded in in the book Wenyi Lun(On Plague Diseases),and the method of"interrupting and reversing the progression of a disease"created in the book for the differentiation and treatment of epidemic diseases is of great significance for the treatment of viral pneumonia as well.Accordingly,based on the different stages of a disease,it is suggested to directly and radically cope with its syndromes,preventing a worsening of the disease.Therefore,in the early stage of viral pneumonia,it should be treated by dredging and vitalizing moyuan or the interpleuro-diaphramatic space to reverse the disease progression,treating its kaleidoscopic transmissions with a flexible use of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.And its prognosis should focus on strengthening the vital qi,preventing the recurrence of the disease caused by hidden pathogens and a weak body resistance.关键词
