为草莓育种提供基础依据,以杂交后代2022-9为试材,采用随机区组设计,对其主要生物学和果实性状进行研究.结果表明:生物学性状方面,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素、类胡罗卜素和花瓣数的中亲优势均为正向,后代果实有增大的趋势,叶形指数、叶绿素a和花瓣数的变异系数较大,分别为29.20%、15.06%和13.67%,变异丰富,叶柄绒毛着生状态和花瓣形状与母本一致,叶密度、叶片形状、花序着生状态趋双亲遗传,其余均趋于父本遗传;果实性状方面,可溶性糖、可滴定酸优于双亲存在超亲遗传趋势,单果质量的变异系数较高,为32.95%,果面颜色和种子着生状态表现与双亲一致,风味和质地趋母本遗传,其余均趋于父本遗传.经多样性分析可知,风味(C14)的多样性指数最高,变异类型丰富.经主成分分析可知,提取的3个主成分为第一主成分(F1)叶绿素和酸度因子、第二主成分(F2)外观和甜度因子、第三主成分(F3)贮藏因子,且叶绿素和可溶性糖对综合模型的贡献较大.综合分析,2022-9表现出良好的杂种优势,遗传传递力强,遗传多样性丰富,生物学和果实性状主要呈现高亲,即父本遗传,具有较高的培育价值.

The hybrid progeny 2022-9 was used as the test material,and a randomised block design was selected to analyse the main biological and fruiting traits,with a view to providing a reference basis for strawberry hybrid breeding.The results showed that,in terms of biological traits,the mid-parental dominance of chlorophyll a,b,total chlorophyll,carotenoids and petal number were posi-tive,and tended to increase in the progeny,and the coefficients of variation of leaf shape index,chlorophyll a and petal number were higher,29.20%,15.06%and 13.67%,which were rich in variations.Petiolar tomentum attachment status and petal shape were consis-tent with the mother's,and the leaf density,leaf shape,inflorescence attachment status tended to be biparental.Leaf density,leaf blade shape,inflorescence bearing status tended to be inherited from both parents,and the rest tended to be inherited from the father.As for fruit traits,soluble sugar and titratable acid were better than both parents,and the coefficient of variation of single fruit weight was 32.95%.Fruit surface colour and seed insertion status were consistent with both parents,and flavour and texture tended to be inherit-ed from the mother,while the rest tended to be inherited from the father.Diversity analysis showed that flavour(C14)had the highest diversity index and rich type of variation.Principal component analysis showed that the three principal components extracted were the first principal component(F1)chlorophyll and acidity factor,the second principal component(F2)appearance and sweetness factor,and the third principal component(F3)storage factor,and chlorophyll and soluble sugar contributed more to the composite model.In the comprehensive analysis,2022-9 showes good hybrid dominance,strong genetic transmission,rich genetic diversity,biological and fruit traits mainly shows high parental i.e.paternal inheritance,and high breeding value.
