为明确豫中地区中强筋小麦适宜的施氮量,以漯麦36为试验材料,设置0 kg·hm-2(N0)、90 kg·hm-2(N1)、180 kg·hm-2(N2)、270 kg·hm-2(N3)、360 kg·hm-2(N4)5个处理,分别测定光合特性、品质、硝酸还原酶活性、游离氨基酸含量和产量性状.结果表明:开花期至花后,随着施氮量的增加,旗叶SPAD值和光合参数呈先上升后下降的趋势;加工品质与氮肥施用量呈正相关,吸水量、拉伸面积、拉伸阻力、形成时间、稳定时间、湿面筋含量和沉降值均随着施氮量的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,上述指标在N3处理下达到最大值,在N4处理下开始下降;增施氮肥后,与N0处理相比,N3处理的产量差异显著.综上所述,在合理的施氮范围内,增施氮肥可有效改善中强筋小麦旗叶光合特性,进而提高产量,改善加工品质.在本试验条件下,施氮量为270kg·hm-2时,小麦光合参数、品质和产量较优,该施氮量可作为豫中地区中强筋小麦栽培的最佳施氮量.

In order to clarify the optimal nitrogen application level of medium strong gluten wheat in central Henan Province,the medi-um strong gluten wheat variety Luomai 36 was used as material,five nitrogen application levels included 0 kg·hm-2(N0),90 kg·hm-2(N1),180 kg·hm-2(N2),270 kg·hm-2(N3)and 360 kg·hm-2(N4)were set up,photosynthetic characteristics,quality,nitrate reductase activity,free amino acid content and yield character were measured under different nitrogen application levels.The results showed that the SPAD content and photosynthetic parameters of wheat flag leaves increased first and then decreased from the anthesis stage to after anthesis stage with the increased nitrogen application rate.The processing quality was positively correlated with the nitrogen ap-plication rate in the reasonable nitrogen application range.Water absorption,tensile area,tensile resistance,formation time,stability time,wet gluten content and settlement value of Luomai 36 increased first and then decreased with the increased nitrogen application rate,which were the highest under N3 treatment,and decreased with the increased nitrogen application rate was N4.The yield of Luo-mai 36 under N3 treatment was significantly different from that under N0 treatment with the increasing application of nitrogenous fer-tilizer.In conclusion,nitrogen application could improve the photosynthetic characteristics of flag leaves of medium-strong gluten wheat,and then increase the yield and effectively improve the processing quality in reasonable nitrogen application range.Under the experimental conditions,the photosynthetic parameters,quality and yield of Luomai 36 are better under the nitrogen application rate of 270 kg·hm-2,which is used as the best nitrogen application rate for medium strong gluten wheat cultivation in central Henan Province.
