响应面法优化烤后烟叶回潮技术OA

Research on Box-type Loading Cigarette Resurgence Technology by Response Surface Methodology

为优化装烟回潮工艺,以湘烟7号为试验材料,回潮协调度为评价指标,通过对照试验分别对装烟密度、回潮时间、回潮湿度进行优化筛选,随后以回潮协调度以及回潮均匀性为评价指标,通过响应面法优化参数.结果表明,在装烟密度为50kg·m-33、回潮时间为14 h、回潮湿度为77%的工艺参数条件下,回潮效果最优,此时烟叶的回潮协调度为98.95%,回潮均匀性为97.24%.本研究基于响应面法通过多次回潮试验,得出最优工艺参数,为烤烟回潮工艺的制定提供理论依据.

In order to optimize the steaming process,Xiangyan No.7 was used as the test material in this experiment,and the mois-ture recovery coordination degree was used as the evaluation index.The smoke density,moisture recovery time and moisture recovery humidity were respectively optimized and screened through controlled experiments.The results showed that under the conditions of the optimal process parameters of smoke loading and moisture recovery of 50 kg·m-3,moisture recovery time of 14 h and moisture recov-ery humidity of 77%,the moisture recovery effect was the best.Under the optimized conditions,the moisture recovery coordination degree of tobacco leaves in the box was 98.95%and the moisture recovery uniformity was 97.24%.Based on the response surface method,the optimum process parameters are obtained through repeated moisture recovery tests,in order to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of flue-cured tobacco moisture recovery process.
