头孢他啶药物利用评价标准的建立与应用
Formulation and Application of Drug Use Evaluation Criteria for Ceftazidime
摘要
Abstract
Objective To formulate a drug use evaluation(DUE)criteria for ceftazidime,and to provide a basis for its rational use in clinical practice.Methods Based on the instruction of Ceftazidime for Injection(Kefadim),relevant books and guidelines,the DUE criteria for ceftazidime were formulated according to the actual status of the hospital.The medical records of patients using ceftazidime for anti-infection discharged from the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected by the random sampling method.The rationality of patients'medication signs,medication process,medication outcomes and management indicators were evaluated based on the DUE criteria.Results A total of 192 medical records were included,involving 192 patients,including 103 males(53.65%)and 89 females(46.35%),aged 10-102 years,with an average hospital stay of(10.55±5.66)d.The patients mainly were in the Department of Emergency Internal Medicine(55 cases,28.65%),Department of Pulmonary Diseases(49 cases,25.52%),Department of General Surgery(30 cases,15.62%),etc.The medication signs that met the DUE criteria included indications and contraindications,with the coincidence rates of 98.44%,100%respectively.The medication processes that met the DUE criteria included vital signs and laboratory indicators,usage,dosage,solvents,special populations,medication duration,combined medication and drug-drug interactions,with coincidence rates of 66.15%,100%,82.81%,100%,78.29%,73.44%,98.21%,97.40%respectively.The medication outcomes that met the DUE criteria included treatment efficacy and adverse reactions,with coincidence rates of 92.19%,94.79%respectively.The management indicators that met the DUE criteria included prescription rights and progress note,with coincidence rates of 100%,96.35%respectively.Conclusion The formulated DUE criteria in this study can be used to monitor and analyze the clinical use of ceftazidime,which is beneficial for identifying medication problems and promoting rational drug use by physicians.关键词
