新型教材建设是现阶段撬动职业教育课程与教学改革、实现优质资源共享、提升人才培养质量、推动高质量发展的重要基础.当前高职院校的新型教材开发实践初见成效,但在概念认知力、开发能力、开发规范性、改革可持续性等方面存在问题.职业教育的类型属性是新型教材开发的逻辑起点,开发高质量的新型教材是现阶段优化职业教育类型定位的应有之义.类型属性下的高职新型教材开发应注重模式应用的适切性,内容选择的职业性、实践性、先进性与思想性,内容组织的重构逻辑、工作逻辑与整合逻辑,以及呈现方式的纸数融合化.基于实然性问题样态与应然性基本遵循,可从健全工作机制、改进技术路径、细化管理策略等维度探索优化高职新型教材开发的实践框架.

The construction of new teaching materials is an important basis for leveraging vocational education curriculum and teaching reform,realizing the sharing of high-quality resources,improving the quality of talent training,and promoting high-quality development at this stage.At present,the development of new teaching materials in higher vocational colleges has achieved initial results,but it still needs to be overall improved in terms of conceptual cognition,development ability,development standardization and reform sustainability.The type attribute of vocational education is the logical starting point for the development of new teaching materials.The construction of high-quality new teaching materials is also the proper meaning of optimizing the type positioning of vocational education at present stage.The development of new teaching materials in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of type attribute should focus on the suitability of model application,the professionalism,practicality,advancement and ideological nature of contents selection,the reconstruction logic,work logic and integration logic of content organization,and the paper-digital fusion of presentation method.Based on the fact that there are problems and the rules should be basically followed,it is necessary to explore and optimize the practical framework for the development of new teaching materials in higher vocational colleges from the dimensions of improving the working mechanism,improving the technical paths,and refining the management strategies.
