全国高职学校访企拓岗工作成效、问题分析及改进建议OA北大核心
Analysis on the Effectiveness,Problems and Improvement Suggestions of Visiting Enterprises and Expanding Positions in Higher Vocational Colleges Nationwide
以2022年度高职状态数据平台企业表、走访表、校企合作表、学生就业表等9张数据表为依据,从国家、省及学校三个层面用数据展示了1441所高职学校访企拓岗工作开展情况,从走访企业覆盖行业广、拓展优质就业岗位多,深度了解企业人才需求、提高人才供给精准性,推动校企优势互补、扩大校企合作增长极三个方面分析了高职学校访企拓岗取得的显著成效,并进一步总结了高职学校访企拓岗工作存在主观认识不足、推进合作落实不力、合作目标有差异等问题.据此,提出提高访企拓岗工作认识、加强数据调度管理、提升学校服务企业能力、健全访企拓岗工作制度、完善访企拓岗工作评价机制等改进建议.
Based on 9 data tables,including the 2022 Higher Vocational Education Status Data Platform Enterprise Table,Visit Table,School Enterprise Cooperation Table,and Student Employment Table,this paper presents the progress of 1441 higher vocational schools in expanding their job opportunities through visits to enterprises from three levels:national,provincial and school.It also analyzes the significant achievements of expanding job opportunities through visits to enterprises from three aspects:covering a wide range of industries,expanding high-quality employment opportunities,deeply understanding the demand for enterprise talents,improving the accuracy of talent supply,promoting complementary advantages between schools and enterprises,and expanding the growth pole of school enterprise cooperation.At the same time,it summarizes the problems of insufficient subjective understanding,ineffective implementation of cooperation,and differences in cooperation goals.Based on this,the paper puts forward some suggestions including improving the understanding of expanding job opportunities through visiting to enterprises,strengthening data scheduling management,enhancing the schools'understanding of job opportunities,providing improvement suggestions in terms of serving enterprise capabilities,improving the system for visiting and expanding positions,and improving the evaluation mechanism for visiting and expanding positions.
