为选育优质、高产、抗逆的籼型杂交水稻新品种.以早熟、矮秆、高配合力优质籼型两系不育系504S所配6 个杂交水稻组合为材料,对其产量、品质、抗逆性进行研究.结果表明,504S系列组合的平均产量为10 098.5 kg/hm2,稻米品质达到农业行业《食用稻品种品质》标准二级米有4个,占比66.7%.中抗稻瘟病和中感白叶枯病.504S系列组合的耐热性变异系数为 0,耐热性均为 3 级,说明 504S的耐热性较强.综上,504S所配组合产量高、稻米品质优、抗病和耐热性较强.

In order to breed new Indica hybrid rice varieties with good quality,high yield and stress resistance,we used six hybrid rice combi-nations from excellent Indica thermo-sensitive genic male sterile Line 504S with low critical temperature of fertility alteration,high outcrossing rate,high combining ability and so on.The yield,quality and stress resistance were studied.The results showed that the average output of the 504S series combination was 10 098.5 kg/hm2,the quality of four hybrid varieties came up to the second grade standard of Cooking Rice Variety Quality from Ministry of Agriculture and accounted for 66.7%of all combinations.Six combinations were moderate resistance to rice blast and moderate susceptibility to bacterial blight.The variable coefficient of heat resistance of 504S series combination were zero,and the heat resist-ance grade were three,indicating that the heat resistance of 504S was strong.In summary,the hybridized combination from 504S had high yield,excellent rice quality,strong resistance to disease or insect and heat-resistance.
