基于《圆运动的古中医学》浅谈从脾胃论治肝癌
A Brief Discussion on Treating Liver Cancer from the Perspective of Spleen and Stomach Theory based on Ancient Chinese Medicine of Circular Motion
摘要
Abstract
Liver cancer is a major problem shared by both Chinese and Western medicine in the world today.The disease is complicated and the prognosis is poor.From the perspective of ancient Chinese medicine of circular motion,this paper explores the intrinsic connection between spleen and stomach and liver cancer.It is believed that the patho-genesis of liver cancer may be the loss of health of the central axis,the failure of the earth in the middle,the inability of the positive to defeat the evil,and the failure of the central axis to move,and the stagnation of the earth and wood.The treatment principle should be to replenish the middle Qi,support the positive Qi,move the middle Qi,and disperse the wood Qi.Based on the ancient Chinese medicine of circular motion,this article believes that the understanding of liver cancer should start from the spleen and stomach,which is conducive to distinguishing the essence of liver cancer,cor-rectly grasping the ideas of preventing and treating liver cancer,and effectively guiding clinical practice.关键词
