《外科正宗》治疗乳腺疾病的用药规律分析OA
Analysis of the Medication Rules of"Surgery Authentic"for Treating Breast Diseases based on Data Mining
目的:对《外科正宗》进行数据挖掘,分析归纳治疗乳腺疾病的用药方法及规律,以期为临床治疗乳腺疾病提供新的思路参考.方法:借助中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),对《外科正宗》进行数据挖掘.将书中治疗乳腺疾病的药物,从性味归经、用药频数、优势药对及关联规则等方面进行统计分析.结果:经统计共有 28 首方剂及 72 味中药.72 味中药中有 18 味中药使用频次较高.药性以温、寒性、平性为主.药味以甘、辛、苦味为主.归经以肝经、脾经为主.频次≥6 的药物组合共有 25 组.熵聚类分析得到 2 首新处方.结论:《外科正宗》治疗乳腺疾病善用疏肝理气、补脾胃益气血之法,体现陈实功主张的"夫乳病者,乳房阳明经所司,乳头厥阴肝经所属"及"治疮全赖脾土"的学术思想.
Objective:To conduct data mining on"Surgery Authentic"and analyze and summarize the medication methods and rules for treating breast diseases,in order to provide new ideas and references for the clinical treatment of breast diseases.Methods:With the help of the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5),data mining was conducted on"Surgery Authentic".The drugs for treating breast diseases in the book were statistically analyzed in terms of nature,taste,meridians,medication frequency,dominant drug pairs and association rules.Results:According to the statistics,there were 28 prescriptions and 72 Chinese medicines.Among the 72 Chinese medicines,18 Chinese medicines were used more frequently.The medicinal properties were mainly warm,cold and neutral.The medicinal taste was mainly sweet,pungent and bitter.The meridians were mainly liver meridian and spleen meridian.There were 25 groups of drug combinations with a frequency of≥6.Entropy cluster analysis obtained 2 new prescriptions.Conclusion:The Authen-tic Surgery is good at using the methods of soothing the liver and regulating Qi,tonifying the spleen and stomach and replenishing Qi and blood to treat breast diseases,which reflects Chen Shigong's academic ideas that"breast diseases are controlled by the Yangming meridian of the breast and the Jueyin liver meridian of the nipple"and"the treatment of sores depends entirely on the spleen and earth".
