摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from Plantaginis Herba,total flavonoid extraction rate was used as the evaluation index,and response surface optimization was carried out based on the single factor experiments such as extraction temperature,reaction time,water content of deep eutectic solvents and molar ratio.The results show that the optimal extraction process parameters of total flavonoids from Plantaginis Herba are extraction temperature 34 ℃,reaction time 41 min,DESs water content 47%,and molar ratio 2.2∶1.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids can reach 6.28%.The study provides theoretical support for the development and comprehensive utilization of Plantaginis Herba.
