The Empowerment Logic of China's New Quality Productivity
摘要
Abstract
A new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation is in full swing,and competition among ma-jor powers is escalating.Developed economies are intensifying the implementation of industrial policies to promote frontier technologi-cal innovation and the development of future industries,aiming to secure strategic advantages.In the face of a complex international environment and daunting domestic tasks of reform,development,and stability,Xi Jinping creatively proposed the important con-cept of developing new quality productivity.Promoting the development of new quality productive forces requires constructing new types of production relations that align with them,further advancing systemic,institutional,and mechanistic reforms.This in-volves both leveraging the decisive role of the market in resource allocation and enhancing the role of the government.The empower-ment of new quality productivity by the government and the market is not a simple linear relationship.Systematic research is urgently needed to explore how the dual forces of government and market can synergistically empower the development of new quality produc-tivity.Therefore,this paper elucidates the intrinsic logic of the synergy between effective markets and proactive governments in em-powering new quality productivity from three perspectives:theoretical logic,historical logic,and practical logic,and proposes corresponding recommendations.关键词
