Abstract
The rhizosphere microbial community is considered to be an important product of the close interaction between plants and soil,and plays an important role for the plant growth and health.Although more and more studies have confirmed the great functional potential of the rhizosphere microbial community,the specific understanding of its assembly mechanism is still limited.The understanding of plant microbial community and its assembly mechanisms are important for the design of effective,economical and environmentally friendly methods to achieve healthy agricultural development.In this paper,various biological and abiotic factors driving microbial community assembly are reviewed and the development trend of this field is prospected.关键词
