电活性微生物能够通过代谢过程直接与电极进行电子交换,在可持续能源生产和环境污染治理方面具有潜力.基因编辑和转录调控技术的不断发展,对电活性微生物的性能产生了影响,进一步推动了电子转移效率、生物能源产量和污染物处理能力的提高.因此,文章旨在探讨电活性微生物基因编辑与转录调控技术的应用,以期为更好地利用电活性微生物提供理论参考.
Electroactive microorganisms can directly exchange electrons with electrodes through metabolic processes,so as to demonstrate their potential in sustainable energy production and environmental pollution control.With the development of gene editing and transcriptional regulation technology,the performance of electroactive microorganisms has been affected,and the electron transfer efficiency,bioenergy production,and pollutant treatment capacity are further improved.Therefore,this article aims to explain the application of gene editing and transcriptional regulation technology in electroactive microorganisms,so as to provide theoretical reference for better utilization of electroactive microorganisms.
