Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Nano Polymer Microspheres Using Droplet Microfluidic Technology

Abstract
A nano polymer microsphere PQM-1 was prepared by droplet microfluidic technology using modified polyacrylamide as the dispersed monomer,3# white oil and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)as the continuous phase.The preparation conditions of PQM-1 were optimized and its adsorption performance was evaluated.The results showed that as the monomer concentration and crosslinking agent dosage gradually increased,the expansion ratio of PQM-1 gradually decreased;As the amount of initiator gradually increased,the expansion factor of PQM-1 gradually increased.The recommended optimal monomer concentration is 25%,the optimal crosslinking agent dosage is 3%,and the optimal initiator dosage is 3%.When the concentration of methylene blue solution is 50 mg/L and the adsorption time is 2 hours,the adsorption efficiency of PQM-1 for methylene blue can reach 98.7%,indicating good adsorption performance.关键词
