基于"玄府-腠理-三焦"理论探讨干眼OACSTPCD
Dry eye disease treatment based on the theory of "sweat pores-interstices-three jiao"
"玄府-腠理-三焦"皆是人体气血津液运行的门户通路,从微观到宏观,辩证统一,形成一个相对连贯的气液循环系统,共同维系着人体气血津液的运行以及生命活动的正常进行.玄府启闭,腠理开合,三焦畅达,对调节人体正常的水液代谢具有重要作用.干眼是以泪膜稳态失衡为特点并伴有眼部不适症状的多因素眼表疾病之一,随着社会压力增大、环境污染、视频终端品广泛使用等,本病发病率逐渐增加.遵循"玄府-腠理-三焦"理论,提出以"开宣玄府、疏固腠理、畅达三焦"为治法,以期丰富干眼内涵和提高临床疗效,为干眼的中医防治提供新思路.
As the gateways and pathways for the circulation of qi,blood,and body fluids in the human body,"sweat pores-interstices-three jiao",from a microcosmic scale to a macrocosmic scale,dialectically unite as a relatively coherent qi-fluid circulation system,jointly maintaining the circulation of qi,blood,and body fluids as well as normal life activities.The regular opening and closing of the sweat pores and interstices,and the unblocked three jiao play important roles in regulating the normal water metabolism of the human body.Dry eye disease is one of the multifactor-induced ocular surface diseases characterized by the instability of tear film and accompanied by eye discomfort.With the increase of social pressure,environmental pollution,and the widespread use of video terminals,the incidence of this disease has gradually increased.Based on the theory of"sweat pores-interstices-three jiao",this paper proposes"opening and dispersing the sweat pores,dredging and consolidating the interstices,and unblocking the three jiao"as the treatment methods,hoping to enrich the connotation of dry eye disease and improve the clinical efficacy for it,and providing new ideas for its prevention and treatment with Chinese medicine.
