盾构机扁齿型和球齿型镶齿滚刀破岩性能对比研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Comparative study on rock breaking performance of flat tooth and ball tooth inserted disc cutter
盾构机在复杂地质条件下施工时,易出现刀具磨损严重、刀具消耗量大和掘进效率低等一系列问题.为了明晰不同岩石特性下镶齿滚刀破岩性能变化规律,提高镶齿滚刀破岩效率和使用寿命,保证水利隧洞工程安全高效施工,基于非线性有限元动力学软件,开展了不同岩石特性下扁齿型和球齿型镶齿滚刀破岩仿真模拟.通过多组仿真模拟,探究了不同岩石特性下两种镶齿滚刀和贯入度的最优组合,并通过室内破岩试验对仿真结果进行了验证.研究结果表明:凝灰岩地质条件下扁齿型和球齿型镶齿滚刀破岩载荷差异性较小,但球齿型镶齿滚刀破岩效率更高;砂岩和花岗岩地质条件下,扁齿型镶齿滚刀贯入岩石能力更强,可进一步提升滚刀破岩效率.此外,在不同岩石特性下,两种镶齿滚刀破岩比能耗均随着贯入度的增大而呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,并在贯入度6mm左右出现最小值.研究结果可为隧道工程的盾构机刀具选型提供参考.
With the maturity of the shield machine construction technology,the shield machine plays a critical role in the water conservancy tunnel projects.However,series of problems such as severe cutter wear,intensified cutter consumption and low exca-vation efficiency are prone to occur during the construction of shield tunneling machines under complex geological conditions.To clarify the change rule of rock breaking performance under different rock properties,improve the rock breaking efficiency and serv-ice life of inserted tooth disc cutter,and to ensure the safe and efficient construction of water conservancy tunnel projects,based on a nonlinear finite element dynamics software,we carried out a simulation on rock breaking performance under different rock char-acteristics for inserted tooth disc cutter of flat tooth and ball tooth respectively.The optimal combinations of two types of tooth disc cutters and penetration under different rock properties were investigated through several sets of simulations,and the simulation re-sults were verified by indoor rock-breaking tests.The results indicated that under the geological conditions of tuff,there was less difference between breaking load of flat tooth and ball tooth of inserted disc cutter,but the breaking efficiency of ball tooth inserted disc cutter was higher.Under the geological conditions of sandstone and granite,the ability of flat tooth disc cutter to penetrate into the rock was stronger,and the efficiency of rock breaking could be further improved.In addition,under different rock characteris-tics,the specific energy consumption of the two types of tooth disc cutters showed a trend of decreasing and then increasing with deepening of penetration,and the minimum value occurred around the penetration degree of 6 mm.The results of this study can provide a reference for the selection of shield machine cutters for tunneling projects,and promote the development and application of tooth disc cutters.
