甜樱桃授粉促进剂试验研究
Experimental Study on Pollinating Promoter for Sweet Cherry
摘要
Abstract
At sweet cherry plantations in Mian county,in the Hanzhong Basin,three different formulations of sweet cherry pollinators were formulated using plant hormones and macromolecule(chitosan),three sweet cherry varieties,'Hongdeng','Youyi'and'Zaodaguo',were selected to study the effects of different formulas on pollination and seed setting rate of sweet cherry.The results showed that all three formula reagents had an effect on improving the pollination and fruiting rate of sweet cherries compared to the control group.Among them,formula 3(GA3 40 mg/L,6-BA 20 mg/L,NAA 10 mg/L,chitosan 100 μg/L)increased the initial fruit setting rate by 20%,the fruiting rate by 6%,and the fruiting rate by 5%,which was higher than formulas 1 and 2.Therefore,this formula had a significant effect on improving the pollination and fruiting rate of sweet cherries.关键词
