轻简化栽培技术对'新郁'葡萄品质及经济效益的影响OA

为解决'新郁'葡萄生产存在的人工成本高、成熟期不一致、商品果率低、品质欠佳、经济效益削减等问题,本文以7年生'新郁'葡萄为试验材料,采用轻简化栽培技术作为处理方法,以传统栽培技术为对照,调查两种模式下葡萄的生长指标、品质指标、产量及经济效益差异.结果表明,轻简化栽培模式下,'新郁'葡萄各物候期均提前5~7 d,生长与品质都较优于传统栽培模式;虽然传统模式下的产量高,但轻简化栽培每667 m2可节省人工成本2 200~2 360元,整体效益提高4.6%~5.2%.

The application of light and simplified cultivation technology aims to solve the problems existing in the production of 'Xinyu' grape,such as high labor cost,inconsistent ripening period,low fruit rate,poor quality and economic benefit reduction.The growth index,quality index,yield and economic benefit of grapes were measured and investigated under the two models with the light and simplified cultivation technique as the experimental material and the traditional cultivation technique as the contrast.The results showed that under the light and simplified cultivation mode,the phenological stages of 'Xinyu' grape advanced 5-7 d,and the growth and quality were better than the traditional cultivation mode.Although the yield under the traditional mode was high,the labor cost of light and simplified cultivation could be saved by 2 200-2 360 yuan per 667 m2,and the overall benefit was increased by 4.6%-5.2%.
