中国畜牧养殖机械补贴政策演变及优化建议
Evolution and Optimization Suggestions of Subsidy Policy for Animal Husbandry Machinery in China
摘要
Abstract
Animal husbandry machinery subsidy policy is an important part of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy,which helps to improve the mechanization and scale of animal husbandry,improve the production capacity of animal husbandry,and will also help China achieve agricultural modernization.By analyzing the implementation and effectiveness of the subsidy policy for the purchase of livestock breeding machinery,this paper found out the problems that restrict the development of the mechanization level of livestock breeding machinery in terms of the subsidy policy for the purchase of livestock breeding machinery.In view of the existing problems such as poor implementation of some central policies,uncombined policies in some regions and unbalanced development of livestock breeding machinery,policy optimization suggestions were put forward to expand the scope of subsidies for supporting facilities,implement differentiated subsidy policies,expand the scope of subsidy machinery for less-mechanized aquaculture,strengthen scientific and technological innovation and application,and improve supporting financial loan services,in order to improve the implementation effect of subsidy policies for livestock breeding machinery.关键词
