Game Analysis and Countermeasures of Straw Returning in Mountainous Areas under the Burning Prohibition Policy

Abstract
Straw returning to the field is a green agricultural production technology,which can effectively alleviate air pollution,and improve the quality of cultivated land,exploring the reasons for the repeated prohibition of straw burning in mountainous areas helps to promote the application and popularization of straw returning to the field in mountainous areas,and realize the reuse of agricultural waste resources.In view of the current situation of the poor effect of straw returning to the field under the burning prohibition policy,this paper established the game model between farmers and the government based on the assumption of limited rationality.The game study found that the income of straw burning,the income of straw returning to the field,and the cost of straw returning to the field have an important impact on the behavior of both sides in the game,among which the difference between the income of straw burning and straw returning and the cost of straw returning to the field have the biggest impact on the straw returning to the field.Based on this,the grass-roots cadres in mountainous areas should strengthen the publicity work of straw returning to the field in mountainous areas,strengthen the research and development and promotion of straw special machinery in mountainous areas,carry out the regional guidance work of straw returning to the field,and give play to the leading effect of"kindness and power".关键词
