Research Progress of Effect of Polysaccharides in Metabolism of Short Chain Fatty Acids and Regulation of Chronic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To review the role of intestinal flora in the production of short chain fatty acids(SCFAs)from polysaccharides and SCFAs on the body,so as to provide reference for the future research and application of polysaccharides and SCFAs in nutrition.[Method]Summarize the effect of polysaccharides on SCFAs and the improvement effect of SCFAs on some diseases through literature review.[Result]Polysaccharides were digested and utilized by intestinal microbes as carbon sources,and played an important physiologi-cal role in human health by generating SCFAs.[Conclusion]The digestion and utilization of polysaccharides are closely related to the metabolism of SCFAs and the regulation of chronic diseases.It is expected to have a positive guiding role in the application of polysac-charides in the metabolism of SCFAs and the improvement of chronic diseases.关键词
