Research and Application of Nutrient Profiling
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To analyze the basic information of nutrient profiling(NP),including application areas and formulation principles,to provide the basis for developing NP models suitable for internal use in the enterprise.[Method]The methods and applications of NP models in some countries and regions as well as the development status in China were reviewed.[Result]Nutrient profiling(NP)is a method to classify foods based on their nutrient content.The NP model can be used by government agencies to guide decisions and provide a systematic regulatory approach in many fields.For many research institutions,the NP model is used for dietary guidance and nutrition monitoring,etc.Food manufacturers use NP model to manage and improve the nutritional quality of products and promote product innova-tion.[Conclusion]NP model has been applied in foreign governments and authorities,and it is of reference significance for enterprises to develop NP model internally.关键词
