Research and Application of Nutrient Profiling
目的:分析营养素度量法(NP)的基础信息,包括应用领域与制定原则,为开发适合于企业内部使用的NP模型做基础.方法:综述了部分国家及地区NP模型的方法和应用以及国内的发展现状.结果:营养素度量法(NP)作为一种基于食物的营养成分对食物进行分类的方法,NP模型可以被政府机构用来指导决策,并在很多领域提供系统的监管方法;对于很多研究机构和学术团体,应用NP模型进行膳食指导,帮助消费者选择更有利于健康的食物,进行营养监测等;食品生产商将NP模型用于管理和提高产品营养质量,促进产品革新等.结论:NP模型在国外政府层面及权威机构都有一定应用,对于企业内部开发NP模型有借鉴意义.
[Objective]To analyze the basic information of nutrient profiling(NP),including application areas and formulation principles,to provide the basis for developing NP models suitable for internal use in the enterprise.[Method]The methods and applications of NP models in some countries and regions as well as the development status in China were reviewed.[Result]Nutrient profiling(NP)is a method to classify foods based on their nutrient content.The NP model can be used by government agencies to guide decisions and provide a systematic regulatory approach in many fields.For many research institutions,the NP model is used for dietary guidance and nutrition monitoring,etc.Food manufacturers use NP model to manage and improve the nutritional quality of products and promote product innova-tion.[Conclusion]NP model has been applied in foreign governments and authorities,and it is of reference significance for enterprises to develop NP model internally.
