摘要
Abstract
The incidence and prevalence of chronic pancreatitis(CP)are increasing year by year,and it has become an important medical and health problem in most countries around the world.CP is caused by multiple factors such as genetics and environment,and more than half of the patients in China are idiopathic CP,and it is still necessary to explore the related pathogenic genes and genetic pathogenic mechanisms in the future.The mechanism of CP related pain is still unclear,and there are many persistent pain in foreign countries,while paroxysmal pain is the main problem in domestic patients,and the efficacy of endoscopic and surgical surgery in pain management needs to be further studied.Monitoring of pancreatic endocrine function in patients with CP is crucial,and there is an urgent need to optimize the evaluation methods of pancreatic function in the future.CP is an important risk factor for pancreatic cancer,but whether patients with CP should be screened for pancreatic cancer is still controversial.This article provides an overview of the challenges and prospects in the field of CP clinical research and provides reference for domestic peers in the field of CP research.关键词
