Abstract
Resistant hypertension(RH)is a prevalent cardiovascular disorder that adversely affects hypertension control and leads to significant damage to target organs such as the heart,brain,and kidneys.Despite extensive research into its etiology,pathophysiological mechanisms,and diagnostic and therapeutic strategies,the control rate of RH is still low.With the advancement of evidence-based medicine and the emergence of innovative drugs and devices,the future treatment for RH is expected to become more individualized and precise,thus significantly improving the prognosis and quality of life of patients.关键词
